The Creepy Guy, also known as Austin, is the titular character of The Creepy Guy in the Woods series, serving as the main antagonist of the first three films, and an antihero-turned-protagonist in the fourth. In the first three films, he is portrayed by Scott Pincus, while Austin Brinser plays the character in the fourth film. Austin was born with psychic powers, and sought to control them with help from the demon Saathi. However, Saathi twisted his mind to make him a demented psychopath. For years, he attacked random people in the woods, including a teenager named Gabe. In actuality, Austin was drawn to Gabe because he was actually his brother.
Years after his conflict with Gabe ended, Austin sought out his brother to make amends and confront Saathi - though it was difficult to communicate with him. Using the astral plane, Austin spoke with Gabe telepathically, and they joined forces until Saathi twisted Gabe's mind as well. Austin allied with Alex and Eric to redeem Gabe and fight Saathi. In the ensuing chaos, Gabe was redeemed and helped Austin fight Saathi. In a climactic battle, Gabe pulled Saathi into the astral plane, but they were both lost in the process. Devastated by the loss, Austin departed into the woods on his own.
